How it works
While the vehicle slowly passes through, the wheels are thoroughly cleaned along the frame of the washing system. The wash cycle is automatic and controlled by photo sensors. A timer defines the length of the cycle.
Integrated spray nozzles are located in the side walls and beneath the wash module. This creates an efficient water shower that washes both the tread surface and the inner and outer sides of the tyre. Over its full length, the main wash module has an integrated grid to shake the tyres and open the tread while the vehicle is being driven onto it.

Impurities and sludge that drain from the tyres into the sedimentation tank are automatically removed from the tank by a scraper system. Water is recuperated in order to be used once again in the washing system and the water level in the tank is automatically topped up by means of the float valve.
To accelerate and optimise the settling of impurities to the bottom of the tank, a sedimentation agent can be added manually.
